Duterte Appeals To Foreign Leaders: “Give Me Also The Right To Be Heard”

During the 42nd Philippine Business Conference Expo in Pasay, President Duterte announced that he has written letters to the US President, US State Sec. John Kerry, UN and EU officials. He personally invited foreign leaders to investigate and perhaps do a one-on-one interview with 10 questions coming from President Duterte, he said: Come here, investigate me, but give me also the right to be heard.

During the 42nd Philippine Business Conference Expo in Pasay, President Duterte announced that he has written letters to the US President, US State Sec. John Kerry, UN and EU officials.

He personally invited foreign leaders to investigate and perhaps do a one-on-one interview with 10 questions coming from President Duterte, he said:

Come here, investigate me, but give me also the right to be heard. So I will have to ask you questions after questioning me. I’ll let them play into my hands.

Moreover, President Duterte plans to emphasize his experience as trial lawyer while dealing with these foreign leaders for calling him out for the alleged extra-judicial killings of drug suspects in our country.

I’ve been a trial lawyer for many years. I’ll ask five questions that will humiliate you. I’ll ask ten questions where you will agree with me. They thought the Philippines is just a small nation. Maybe God gave you the money but we have the brains.

I’d like to tell you, I don’t drink,  I don’t smoke I live a holy life.
